Application Period
3rd October 2022 (9:00am) to 6th December 2022 (5:00pm)
Application Procedures (Online Application https://fms.ievent.hk)
- Complete the online application form before the application deadline and upload the following documents along with your application:
- A recent passport photograph of the applicant (H: 5cm x W: 4cm)
- Primary 5 and Primary 6 report cards (Primary 6 report cards may be submitted at a later date if unavailable)
- ‘Primary 6 Student Record Form’ issued by the Education Bureau of the HKSAR (if available)
- An identification document of the applicant (e.g. Hong Kong Identity Card)
- Applicants will receive a confirmation email after successfully submitting the online application form together with the application fee (online or cheque payment). The applicant will then be issued an ‘Interview Record Card’ by email.
- According to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, the personal data provided will be used for the application for our S1 places only. If the application is successful, the personal data collected will form part of the applicant's official student records. If the application is unsuccessful, all personal data will be destroyed.
